Love the staff, care for our pets, and the communication. Dr. Zalud is wonderful and detailed. Great practice and I would recommend it to others for the veterinary care of their animals.
The office building itself looks “tired”, but that would be the only thing!
I had an amazing experience. Caring, loving, great at explaining everything and didn’t feel rushed at all. Excited to have found a place I can fully trust and feel comfortable in.
HIGHLY recommend! Dr. Zalud is truly wonderful. She will educate you on what is going on with your pet and is happy to spend as much time as you need to ask your questions and get answers. She will give you treatment *options* and explain the pros and cons of each. She has never recommended unnecessary treatment. When I once asked for an unnecessary test (I'm a bit of a worrier), she gave her recommendations and the logic behind them. When I was too paranoid to take her advice, she performed the (nonintrusive) test to give me peace. She was right. He didn't need the test, but she still made me feel listened to and understood.
