My experience with this establishment was very pleasant. I experienced no real pain to speak of. The staff is always professional and friendly. They explained in detail what I could expect when it came to what my portions of the bill would be. They also offer payment plans if needed. I would recommend their services to anyone who need dental work.
My daughter was in desperate need of a cleaning and had also chipped her front tooth.
This place was close to us and took our insurance. I didn't see the negative reviews until after I had already booked the appointments; when I had called initially we were given appointments for a week out which was awesome.. many other places could not see my daughter for several weeks. The office must have had a turnaround in the past few months bc my experience was nothing close to the other reviews. Front desk checked us in quickly & was very friendly. Great experience! Treated by new dentist - a lovely person - and she was wonderful: very gentle, pain free, so thorough and educated me throughout the process. Small office and warm, friendly, welcoming place to do business! Even receptionists were super helpful and shared their insights and suggestions on obtaining dental insurance.
