I was began treatment here, set up with a plan for my treatment. Once I chose to pay sunbit for the plan of treatment, I was treated that day, I had an appointment to come back in August, I forgot my appointment day, I call to check on the date , and was told that they moved. I proceeded to talk to get the new address, then was told that they're not longer in business. Mind you , I'm still on the line for paying for a treatment that I'm no longer getting. Now they were trying to get me to go to another dentist. My daughter was in desperate need of a cleaning and had also chipped her front tooth. This place was close to us and took our insurance. I didn't see the negative reviews until after I had already booked the appointments; when I had called initially we were given appointments for a week out which was awesome.. many other places could not see my daughter for several weeks. The office must have had a turnaround in the past few months bc my experience was nothing close to the other reviews. Front desk checked us in quickly & was very friendly.
