I have been to a lot of dentist offices. This one is my favorite. Ja'Ree, receptionist makes you feel welcome and at home the moment you walk through the door. I asked her about purchasing a new toothbrush and she found a coupon for me and that absolutely made my day. Her thoughtfulness and helpfulness is outstanding. Soni, my hygenist, motivates me to improve my dental care at home in such an encouraging and caring way. I love how she cleans my teeth. She takes her time and does a very good job!
What a great first experience I had at Coast Dental! The lady at the front desk checking me in was very kind and helpful with uploading my insurance information for my appointment. My dental hygienist Sony was lovely, giving me a thorough deep cleaning and explaining all of the steps along the way as well as what my insurance would and would not cover. Excited to see the progress in my oral health when I make it back for my follow up. Thanks ladies!
Outstanding service and it was everything I expected and I wasn't disappointed at the least. The hygienist and receptionist were very respectful and professional. I was very impressed with my first visit. Everything was explained and nothing was left out with my treatments.
