I investigated Closet Factory for my bar project after I noticed an advertisement at Costco. The reviews were good plus Costco provides a 10% gift card when the project is finished. From the very beginning, working with consultant Brittany went well. After visiting the show room, owner Marty helped make some excellent choices plus pointed out some additional features with the cabinets. Ordering the exquisite backing from 3Form presented some challenges as had to purchase an entire 4 X 8 foot piece and only needed 4 X 4 so will now try to sell the extra 4 X 4 section, however, the center 3Form backing was worth the hassle as it adds glamour to the bar. Mario was great, very efficient with installation. He ensured we were satisfied through that whole installation and kept us updated as he went. He was on time and it looks so great!
Keith and Faron both did a great job installing custom organizers in my laundry room, pantry, game room closet, and master bedroom closet. Extremely professional and went the extra mile for me.
