You must go see Will, he his incredibly nice and so knowledgeable! He covered up an ugly old tattoo with a new design and it was perfect! He also does laser removal, in about 2 minutes he was able to fade out two old tattoos on my fingers! His prices are so reasonable and you can text him and he gets back to you! So if you are looking for tattoos, coverage for old tattoos or laser removal he is the guy! You will not be disappointed!

01/29/2026: My son got a tattoo for his 18th birthday. Apache was his artist and is very professional. As a father concerned about tattoos because I've never had one, Apache was very polite and awesome, answering all my questions. My son evaluated the design before getting started and gave his approval. I recommend Apache to anyone who reads this.

Had a great experience at cloak and dagger tattoo, the building itself was well maintained and cutely decorated. Me and my sister both went in for a tattoo, Apachi was our tattoo artist, he was super friendly and tattooed us both in very good time considering the tattoos we asked for. We both came in with designs in mind, Apachi executed our designs nicely, and didn’t mind changing size or placement if we needed. He was quick, professional and I got a great price. Not to mention the other artists there as well were also very friendly and welcoming. Definitely recommend cloak and dagger as a place to get your tattoos

One of the most amazing shops I’ve been to! We had an amazing experience getting 2 tattoos. Wonderful pricing, beautiful shop, warm environment, helpful inquiries, and experienced artists with light hands, and fast work. Apachi was the artist I worked with and he was amazing! He collaborated on ideas with us and made sure that sizing and placement was correct. Extremely satisfied with my experience and the kindness of all the artists :)

I've been coming here for about 5 years. My whole arm is sleeved from flash art every Friday the 13th plus Halloween and black Friday specials! Today Will took this pic of what I thought I wanted and turned it into a master piece. More than I ever expected! 💝💝 Will has tattooed my kid, other family members, so many friends and my husband. Me and my fiancé went to get a cover up for a large beer tab he had on his knee, I totally forgot our artist name but he was amazing! Conversation was funny and flowing, the tattoo looks absolutely amazing! Would 100% recommend this place and I will be coming back for my tattoos as well! Thanks guys!

Got my 3rd tattoo for my birthday got that on my forearm came out a lot better than I was even thinking don’t mind the blood that was fresh not the ink and ya came out great and Apache was very nice gave fire spots to visit in Jacksonville and made the experience very smooth and easy and price was great took about a hour for that maybe less he didn’t give me a specific price but I gave 160$ which was more than I said my budget was but he did a great job and he was very nice so it was worth it Fs plus made everything so easy and smooth
