Everyone was so wonderful and helped save our sick household from the misery of an air unit that wasn't working. I spoke with the office and had great service and then my service guy Johnny listened to my issues with the unit and quickly figured out the problem. The girls at the office were kind and friendly, even though I must have driven them crazy with all my calls with questions. They answered all of them with a kind voice. Cost was a little more than I'd like but that's the world we live in, unfortunately. They did give me the least expensive quote though. Marsus did a wonderful job. He was kinda quiet, as I like to talk, but he WAS working and trying to concentrate. He was very kind, knowledgeable and ETHICAL. I had him replace a water valve that wasn't in the original quote.
