I had written a letter to Dr Lindsey explaining why I needed to be quiet. My hormones were out of balance, and I was on steroids. So I wrote a letter, and brought a friend with me. Dr Lindsey lied to my friend and myself about filling my prescription. She lied to us and told us she filled my prescription, when in fact, the printouts from the Pharmacy shows she denied them.
Anyway, she refused to read my letter and would not accommodate my disability. Even though I am the expert on my own disabilities.
They say they want to know more, but they will not answer my calls, emails or my messages.

Dr. Lindsey is amazing. We are leaving another not so good Baptist Primary location. One of the docs: "I only have 15 minutes." Not Dr Lindsey! Dr. Lindsey gave my Mom's severe complications from COVID a 45 minute whole hearted and caring attention. So thankful we switched.

I have been looking for a primary care doctor in Jacksonville and decided to schedule an appointment with Dr. Lindsey. The office staff was kind, but when I met with the doctor she tried to alter the diagnosis I received from my therapist within 2 seconds of meeting me, and then I was treated like a hostile/difficult patient when I disagreed with her. Did not listen to what I was saying or what I was asking for, to point where I had to leave mid appointment in tears. If you are looking for a Doctor that cares about mental health, look anywhere else.
