I felt seen, heard, understood, and treated effectively. The wait time was fast for an urgent care setting. I recommend this location especially if you are a Baptist Health patient since the records can be accessed by your provider and want the option to schedule an appt to come in.

Everything was great except the amount of time to be seen. Took over 2.5 hours from arrival to see the doctor. I expected to wait some but this was unnecessary.

I made an appointment and got in right on time. I received knowledgeable and Compassionate Care. Melissa my PA listened to all my concerns and addressed each of them then prescribed medication and I was on my way. I love how easy it is to get in at care spot

I'm always excited to share my wife's and myself experience with the public concerning personal health care. It goes without mention that the staff and physician's are extremely experienced and very well trained. I'm a disabled veteran with special needs which are always addressed without hesitation. The health care we received is always performed professionally with the patient care a priority. Altogether bravo! Job well done.

I use to go somewhere else, and tried this place for the first time:. I was very pleased, from the moment I walked in to the doctor The doctor was very nice and caring. She took care of me very fast and I was very happy when I left. I will highly recommend them
