Walked in today looking to get an estimate on some minor damage not knowing I needed to make an appointment. Have used this company before in Southern California and they did a great job for me there. The Service Rep Harry was able to work me in after only a five minute wait. After he analyzed he excused himself for a few minutes and came back with a towel and rubbing compound and solved my issue in a few short minutes. I asked him what the charge would be and he said there was no charge and we was glad to help out. We jokingly commented that I hope we never have to meet again but that I would definitely consider this company if needed. I told him that the gentleman that gently scraped my car was going to be very pleased. If you go to Caliber ask for Harry! Thanks again Harry. You are the man!u
