Let me start by saying that if I could give ZERO stars I would. I paid the deposit and requested to have my hair styled in small/medium knotless braids. The remaining balance was paid before the service was complete, as a favor to the stylist. I was quoted $225 for this style. Unfortunately, the style I wanted is not what I received. I spoke to the stylist after and expressed that my hair barely had any braids and looked to be the wrong size. I mentioned that my hair was parted in large sections that could’ve held two or three sm/medium size braids instead of one large braid. Scam, told me a price. When I arrived out there, she informed me that my hair was too thick for the price that she quoted me for the style that I wanted. And the only syles she could do on my hair were over $200! I refuse and told her that I only budgeted what she quoted me. So she could just do that style and when it got old I would remove it. She refused to do that style and since I won't get a higher price style, she refuse to do my hair at all. And kept my deposit!

I made appointment 1 week in advance, get a call 40 mins before my appointment and she canceled it. I asked for this day it'd before my birthday and now I dont have my hair done. I will never book again
