I judge a place by my dogs reactions and the dogs LOVE going there. One place that I took them to for the same services I had to drag them in. Not at Birch. They’re excited to go. They love the staff and they always come back hyped up
Took my fur baby to her favorite hair artist Miss Danielle. She takes such great care of her. She treats my baby like her own and when I get her back she is more spoiled than ever. Danielle takes the time to make sure that your baby is comfortable and happy and always sends her back with a great cut.

My cat, Bogie, is medically complex, and I am so grateful that we found this team for his primary medical home. The vets, vet techs, and front desk staff all seem to genuinely care. The expanded hours, ease of getting an appointment, and separate waiting room for cats and dogs all really make a difference for our healthcare experience. Prices are also reasonable. Highly, highly recommend.
My only suggestion is that it would be helpful if they partner with Trupanion.
