They were able to accommodate us super last minute. We reached out on a Friday about a new construction pre-closing inspection and our builder said it must be completed by that following Monday (3 days later/ the next business day) and they made it work! Gave us great peace of mind. They were very thorough and great at communicating what they found. They made the home inspection process super easy.
Very seldom am I impressed with service based business but Biltrite is the Exception. First of all they are incredibly friendly and caring and you can feel that all the way through the process. The communication was top notch and they had an incredible knowledge of the industry. Felt like the person doing the inspection was buying the home with me. No wonder everyone told me to only use Biltrite!! Cant reccomend them enough!
Biltrite's service is well above average. Their inspectors have great energy and spoke to us on a personal level. I felt confident that we were going into a home with no surprises.
