I want to first off start by saying that any type of renovation can be highly stressful however I knew the minute I walked into Bedrosians and met Jim Statham, he was going to help mitigate that process as best he could. And he delivered. Jim was very knowledgeable and patient and personable. He wasn't like other salesman that I've experienced like from carpet one who just wanted to sell me floor and get me out the door. No no, Jim literally stayed with me past operating hours and spent a cumulatively close to 6 or 8 hours total in time. That is pure commitment and dedication and I applaud him for it. We are so happy that we walked into Bedrosians! Prior to finding Bedrosians, we shopped everywhere and it was just so stressful and overwhelming! At Bedrosians, we found well made, beautiful tile, a stress free process, and the kindest, most comforting young lady to help us. She took her time with us, listened, made great suggestions, and gave us the space to figure it out. Victoria, if you see this, I sure hope that it lifts your spirits to know how thankful we are for your help!

I had the pleasure of working with Victoria at the Jacksonville location. I was desperately looking for a very specific tile color for a shower renovation and she went above and beyond to find and send a sample that was very close to what we needed. While we ended up choosing a different tile from another vendor that matched a bit more closely, I would not hesitate to work with Victoria on future projects. She diligently answered all my questions and followed up after the sample was sent. Victoria was so pleasant throughout the process. The company is very fortunate to have her.
