Aaron came to our home and provided a great estimate! He was very professional, but did not use industry jargon to try to cause confusion or sell us something we didn't need. When we signed our agreement, Aaron was quick to respond and set up the installation within a couple of days! Even though he was under the weather, he did a great job! The installers arrived in a timely manner the day of our appointment, took about 5.5 hours to replace our old system with the new one (compressor and air handler only, no duct work). The only thing that I would have hoped they had done, is call or text when they were on their way for the installation.

Mike provided outstanding and quick service of my AC unit. The downstairs of my house was not cooling. Mike was able to find the problem and made all the required adjustments and know the whole house in cooling.
Aaron S. was very responsive to all questions I had guiding me on the AC purchasing and installation process. I really appreciated he came on sight on the day of installation to make sure all my questions were answered and things were running smoothly. Avalon was able to replace my A/C unit in a timely and professional fashion. My neighbor used them as well and also had a positive experience with Avalon.
