Aaron came to our home and provided a great estimate! He was very professional, but did not use industry jargon to try to cause confusion or sell us something we didn't need. When we signed our agreement, Aaron was quick to respond and set up the installation within a couple of days! Even though he was under the weather, he did a great job! The installers arrived in a timely manner the day of our appointment, took about 5.5 hours to replace our old system with the new one (compressor and air handler only, no duct work). The only thing that I would have hoped they had done, is call or text when they were on their way for the installation.

We needed to replace our AC unit and reduct the house. Called several different companies and was given estimates that differed in price by thousands of dollars. All of the estimates stated it would take 2 to 3 days to complete and was quoting a 14 seer unit. After the initial sticker shock, a good friend of mine recommended Avalon Air. The technician came to our house and met with my wife. Later that day I spoke to Nilton who prepared our proposal. He quoted me a 16 seer system and advised they would have 2 crews on site and it would take 1 day to complete. Avalon Air arrived at our home at 8:30 am and by 5:30 pm they had completed the install. They lead man Mike was professional and had the job moving all day. I would recommend Avalon Air to anyone looking for an AC company. They beat my other price quotes, we received a better quality system, and the install was 1 day.
