Was shopping around for new homeowners and auto insurance mainly because of high homeowner premium. Called Augustyniak Insurance and Decha Riabo answered and helped me through the process.. Within a week of applications filed and inspection report I had both policies put into immediate coverage with a substantial decrease in homeowner premium with same coverage.Decha was very knowledgeable,professional and a joy to work with. I had a great experience with Sonia Garcia of Augustyniak Insurance. My previous home and auto had been going up about $1,000 each of the last 5 years. Home insurance in Florida offers limited options but Sonia was able to review and compare what we had and what we needed. We were able to save a few dollars but more importantly we got our coverages set to more realistic limits and even got an umbrella policy. Sonia's consultative approach really won me over. She got the whole picture and compared and contrasted options. Next step we will look to insure some jewelry. Thanks Sonia!
Sonia Garcia is the best insurance agent I have ever had. I am 84 years old, and noone has been sooo patient with any help I needed. She went above and beyond. She is present and kind, never made me feel bad if I did not understand something. She stayed with me throughout the process of buying home insurance. It was a great experience, and I highly recommend her!!
