I rarely write reviews but I have to put this out there. Erika and her team has been with me for about 3 years now. They manage 5 short term rentals for me along with a number of long term move out or post construction cleans. I literally cannot give them enough credit for helping me with the cleaning side of my business, especially since I am 3k miles away. I have a 95% 5 star cleaning rating over the last 3 years (VERY hard to do in the STR business), thoughtful touches like sanitary seal on toilets, and most importantly her team ALWAYS show up on time and finish ahead of schedule.
