This place is a scam!!! Live in OP, paid for the driving test for $85 and they told me I have to go to Ponte Vedra for our test which is 3 counties away. Then when I asked for a refund, they told me they don’t do refunds. Then when I asked if I could use it towards another lesson, they only gave me one available time slot from now until eternity which is when my kid is in school. I tried to be flexible but their customer service is a joke. IF you can get them on the phone, they hang up on you, can’t get a manager on the phone but also can’t help you. I’ve wasted 3 hours of my life making phone calls to these people with still no resolution. They told me twice a manager would call me and no one did. Stay away and use another company!!!

I’m posting this to every one of their locations since it’s unclear if they have a physical location. If I could give zero stars I would!! we used this company for our son a few years ago without any issues. We paid for a large package totaling $1000 for our daughter. She has received ONLY TWO lessons since April 2023 and it is now August 2023. I have a mass amount of email cancellations as well as text from instructors cancelling lessons. I’ve tried calling several times to get things scheduled, tried getting my money back. All we get are road blocks.I was told that they have no instructor for my area. Even had one of the instructors say that as well. Although I seen a kid driving with the company a couple of weeks ago. Why would you take money if you can’t provide a service. IN order to get someone on the phone you have to call using someone else’s phone to pretend to be another unsuspecting soul. I had another company tell me straight out they don’t service that far out for pick up and drop of. I appreciate the honesty. I even offered to take my daughter to the lessons and still no response. I tried to play nice but that’s a lot of money to lose.

I don't know what has happened to this company. I used them for both of my older children. I paid for lessons (June) in advance online and have spent at this point many hours on the phone with them to get my youngest scheduled has become impossible. When you ask to speak to a manager, no return phone call. When you ask to get your money back, they are unable to do this. They do not have availability unless you are willing to wait several months.

We booked lessons for my son in March and were scheduled for lessons starting the end of May. We have now had three lessons cancelled by the company at the last minute. It is very difficult to get hold of them to reschedule the lessons as they do not return phone calls or emails. It is now going to be three months since I payed for his lessons, and I do not trust that they will actually provide the lesson scheduled for the end of June. They were great four years ago for my other son, but I am very disappointed with the service this year.

Toni was so so so helpful in my lesson! He was so kind a patient and had great tips to keep me safe! And Alan was so funny and calm!! He was very kind and I wasn’t stressed out at all with either of them! DEFINITELY RECOMMENDED!!!

Had a wonderful experience testing! As somebody who was immensely intimidated by driving instructors, Brandy and Kayla helped ease my nerves and feel confident testing! I definitely recommend for anyone who needs an extra hand feeling comfortable and stress free behind the wheel for their exam!

Brandy gave me my driving test today and it went great, she was very professional and friendly throughout the test. 10/10 Would recommend her for new drivers.

I had a great experience taking my road test with Brandy! I was extremely nervous leading up to the exam, but Brandy was kind and patient. She explained the rules and expectations of the exam clearly and concisely before beginning. Once we were finished, she walked me through my results and what she felt I needed extra practice with. Her kind and patient demeanor made an exam I had been dreading for a long time more than bearable. Thank you again!!
