I couldn’t imagine going anywhere but here! She’s not a tight braider (#1), she listens to your desires, super nice, works fast, and prices are standard. I’ve been going, along with my daughter, and will happily continue.
I had a really great experience my looks better than the video I showed Miss Fatima, she was amazing great customer service really respectful. I love coming here and the quality of her work is amazing
I am SUPER happy with how my hair looks, Futima was VERY nice and professional! When I preferred my braids a certain way she was very graceful in her reply and we started over; which I greatly appreciate.I only give four stars due to the salon having a 0900 opening time, and no one was in the salon. Another possible client was parked next to me, and we chatted, as she was curious about me having an appointment or being a walk-in. My appointment was for 0930, but I did not get serviced until 1030. My stylist was very accountable for this and made sure to call me and reschedule for 1000 when she knew she’d be late but I did have to wait another 30min.If you plan to come as a walk-in or appointment make sure your schedule is clear as you may have to wait awhile as you do in ALL salons. If you are like me and have short hair you definitely want to come here. Make sure to ask for back little hair is left out as it will be tight; although not unbearable I may return to take out the hair in my nape area so it’s more comfortable.It is not unbearable pain at all!
