I had a WONDERFUL experience with Adept Appliance Service. I had a work order from Old Republic Home Warranty to service my refridgerator and washer. I called and spoke to Richard and, despite the fact that the company was in the throes of moving, he was able to get a technician out the very same day which was unlike my previous experience with other companies. Not only that, but Elijah had the part on his truck to repair my washer which absolutely made my day! I hadn't been able to do clothes for several weeks so it was so nice that I didn't have to wait for parts. Richard was quick and polite. He came earlier than scheduled and had the tools/parts on hand to get the job done. The receptionist was a little spicy when booking and told me items weren't on the work order. She refused my offer to forward the AHS email stating otherwise. So I spent 30 minutes wasting time calling them and having them confirm with the company. Not fun as I was already frustrated.Services: Refrigerator repair
