They are a horrible company! I can’t believe any insurance companies allign with them! They have a serious lack of communication within their company ….poorly trained representatives that do not know the proper protocol to follow thru with requests. They deserve less than a 1 star they should be out of business.

Your pharmacy just gets people in trouble! I always requested the refill at least 1 week before its due and it always wasnt filled on time , and it wasnt delivered when its supposed to be even though I call three times to make sure its filled and shipped out before the promised delivery day. And it never got to my house on time. No body in your pharmacy knows nothing about rx status, everything is just dump. My mom got her meds late last time and also this time. Guys, she cant be late on her meds!!!! You guys are such the worst pharmacy and dont care about patient health, or dont have knowledge about how important the meds are to patients. This low score is for the billing department Accredo is aligned with, this nematode named Courtney never let me fully finish my question for her and she kept interrupting me to finish my question for me. Then she kept sighing very loudly when I would ask questions and raise her tone if I didn't understand what she explained the first time and attempted to give me the run around when I asked to speak to a supervisor which I did reach with the help of someone else.
