This company is a scam. They consistently bill my insurance and co-pay assistance and once paid out, they then bill me also. Dispute after dispute of these charges and they still can’t get it together. It’s also illegal to double dip funds. If you ask for a manager, the representative will flat out refuse to allow you to speak to anyone higher up. I only get to talk to a manager if I act extremely rude which is no fun for anyone. Yikes, retrain your people. I’ve missed countless doses of medication thanks to their crap. I'm having the same issue that everybody else seems to have with this company. I have been waiting weeks for my prescription and every time I talk to them they act as if this is the first time they ever spoke to me. They cannot even tell me why I have been waiting so long. Their representatives that answer the phone are clueless and worthless.

Horrible company. Prescriptions go into a black hole, and consequently require lots of phone calls, only to have them arrive late. I have to use them after Express Scripts over their specialty pharmacy to them.
