Jim was the absolute best. His communication was prompt and professional as well as courteous. He came on time and was very thorough. He found a spy app on my phone and in my backyard. I would 100% use him again.
Joe Johnson got back with me quickly when I sent my request. He was courteous and professional. I realized before I started that the information I sought was more than anything a $29.95 DIY search would turn up, so I turned to a professional.He spent a bit of time searching various databases and kept me informed about what he wasn't finding, which was as enlightening as if he had found tons of information.
