We lost power late Sunday night. A JEA troubleshooting team said we needed new service from the street and new meters outside our house -- a big job. Called several contractors Monday morning. AGE had a team out instantly, ready to dig a trench for the new underground service. They coordinated properly with the city and JEA to complete the job by Tuesday evening. I might add that Brand X, a big-name contractor that advertises on the radio, was far less responsive, showing up after noon. We couldn't be happier.
