I love this place!! If you’re looking for cardio, weights and not having to come up with your own workout this is the place to be. If you’re looking for a trainer for high energy and motivation Tamiya is the best!! I met her at a market after spinning the wheel I won a free workout and have been with her for a year now! Tamiya, is the best trainer ever. She is very patient and meet all the beginner 9Rounders where they are at from day 1. She is very attentive to my needs considering I have a knee injury. She is able to adjust the exercises to still meet my workout needs. Since coming to 9rounds I have lost weight and kept it off. I can finally fit into my jeans again! Thanks Tamiya for the encouragement every time I come into 9Rounds.
