I had an old galvanized water pipe break on a Sunday. I was completely without water. I contacted them and they came out same day to do an estimate. I accepted their estimate and they came out and replaced my whole waterline the next day. Their staff was courteous, professional, down right nice. They gave me the best bid of all the companies I contacted. No nickle and dime nonsense. They are now my go to company. If anybody in Riverside needs a trustworthy company for the plumbing needs in their historic home, I highly recommend them.
This is an odd review. My best friend had a pipe burst at her Riverside home. She called several times plumbers for estimates and was under impressed with them all and felt like she had to settle.
I told her to get in touch with One Tom Plumber and see what they could do. They came out THAT day, Jake gave her a quote that included ALL the work and could do it the next day.
The work is being finished as I write this thank you review.

Jake was professional, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful when he came out to fix our clogged pipe. He took the time to clearly explain what was going on and made sure the issue was resolved before leaving. I really appreciated that he also gave us helpful tips on how to prevent it from happening again in the future. Great service overall! I definitely recommend this company and am very thankful for Jake’s help!
