Mr. McGan has gone above and beyond to make one of the hardest times in my life (losing my mom) memorable for me and my children. He was kind, compassionate, and understanding. Very professional, answered all questions honestly and compassionately, as I was not prepared for the death of my brother. I was located in another state yet he took the time to explain all the processes and the costs. I filled out all of the paperwork online through the McGan Cremation Service LLC website which was amazing and very easy! After submitting the information, I received via email copies of everything within minutes. Excellent experience with this company!
