Jacob was amazing. He correctly identified the root of the problem, moved the toilet temporarily and installed a new ring. He cleaned up everything - it looked better than before he came. I only wish we had gone ahead and requested that he do the other toilet! Hindsight on our part.

We needed to have a gas line installed for an outdoor kitchen. Our plumber, Dave, and another young man, ( I think his name was Justin) did an outstanding job. We are very happy and would definitely recommend JM Plumbing.

Thank you for a quick response on a service call to get a second opinion. JM was able to get the repair taken care of & saving me from a competitors quote of needing a new hot water heater.
