Very friendly staff. Love this place.

I can not say enough amazing things about this clinic. Despite minor hiccups, I have never seen such professionalism and empathy from a provider in any medical field. My lab went in for surgery and they sent me regular updates during the whole thing including photos. It made me feel so much more at ease at how much they not only cared about my baby but about me. Words can not express my gratitude to Dr.ToTo who I truly believe was put on this planet to be the guardian of animals. Her amazing works means I will fly my dogs from out of state to have her be their vet because of how well she has tested us. Truly one in a million. The level of communication is unmatched by any other professional in both the medical and veterinary field I have met in my 37yrs of life. There is no one else I would trust with my babies at this point. She is calm under pressure and understanding in the face of adversity. If there’s an award for veterinarian and vet team of the year, these amazing people deserve it. 10,000/10. I found a real life unicorn 🦄

We felt our feline was treated fairly and properly. Meds prescribed. They offer a wonderfully soft cloth cone which we took and we highly recommend it over the plastic kind as the feline was not able to finangle out of it and he could sleep with it on.

I have been with them for 13 years. Today was a deal breaker. I went to Lake Panasofkee today and they were so much better. I had to take my dog in because he had an ear infection. I had to take him today because I am going north on Sunday because I have had 2 deaths in the family. The staff is rude and disrespectful in the phone. There are so many rules it's hard to keep track of them. The doctors are okay but my dog was much more comfortable i Lake Panasofkee. I know they own that clinic also. I live 1/2 mile from Floral City Clinic but I will not go there anymore.

Misdiagnosed my dog and when I brought proof from another vet they lied about it and refused to refund my money for wasted visit.

We have been going to floral city animal clinic for four years and have had excellent care for our American bulldog.
Dr. Toto was his personal Veterinarian🐶🐾, who always took time to examine him and has a very caring and gentle nature.
My husband and I believe she genuinely loves animals and it shows in her care.
She also saved Koda’s eyes when he had shampoo in them from a kennel. She actually made a serum that we put into his eyes every two hours for seven days and his site came back perfectly..
We would like to mention also the staff at floral city animal clinic. From the people at the front desk who greet you and answer the phones to the technicians, everyone is caring and respectful of your companion, Animal.

Very clean and well ran. The vets are knowledgeable and professional. I have been very happy with all of my experiences here.

The best Vet ever! Reasonable fees and above excellent care!
