Probably 4.5 rating. Wes, the tech., did a great job, but the communications with the office could have been better. Had an 8:30 - 9:00 am appointment no show. Received a call at 10:15 am to tell me it was changed to 12:00 - 1:00 pm. Fortunately, I had no other appointments.

Excellent company! Very professional- they had my appointment set the next day. And they call to update when they are visiting. Definitely will use again and recommend. They did a great job, were informative and very nice to talk with as well.
