“If I could give this man 10 stars, I definitely would.. he fixed our washer over the phone, just by telling us how to reset the control board.
He could have been as dishonest as a lot of repair people can be but instead, he didn't charge us a dime for his knowledge..However , we will send him the service fee, anyway because he saved us a boatload of money and he deserves it.

Really upset about my experience- called and told them my dishwasher was not turning on even though it was receiving power. They stated they’d come look more into it for a $75 diagnostic fee.
The technician came to my home and was honestly very unprofessional and inappropriate, he looked at the machine then called someone to tell him what he did to give him next steps. He did nothing more than what I already did (ie: checked the breaker box, checked to see if power was going into the machine). Then left charging me the $75 saying someone else will call me with a price for repair because he *thinks* it’s the motherboard… he did not take the dishwasher out or even unplug or open it up.
2 days later and no one else has called with any pricing. I’m really upset I even gave my cc info- I should have refused to pay because it was a waste of time and nothing more than what I knew before they came in“
