I like this facility and the prices however, the attendant is very rude. Also, if you’re going to have a policy that doesn’t allow pets you should at least have it posted somewhere even if it’s just on your website or on the door I have personally watched people bring their animals into this facility so I went online to make sure there was not a no pets policy which there isn’t and then when I went in, I was told my very well behaved dog couldn’t be in there

Kasey is the only reason that I go to that specific spin City, she is such a great associate she helps out she's always doing her job every time I'm there if I can give her 10 Stars I would!
