My tank was pumped and drain field was inspected as much as it can for being underground. The gentlemen were professional, courteous, and genuinely happy to be working for the owner of the company. I was referred to them by a neighbor and I am grateful I called them.

I was thoroughly pleased with the service I received today. Getting an appointment was quick and easy and the owner took time to answer my questions and provide guidance on maintenance of my septic system.

Our septic system began backing up on the Sunday morning of Thanksgiving weekend. I called several 24/7 septic companies and only got a voicemail; until I reached Payless in my search. John was here in an hour. During the call, John’s service included showing us our system and answering questions. He explained that it was not full but clogged. With his well-equipped truck, this unexpected situation was quickly rectified. The fee was reasonable and to be honest much lower than expected especially with the holiday. Not one of the other companies have called and it’s been hours since John got us up and running again. Maybe they’ll call tomorrow? Do yourself a favor... read full review
