“We struggled for 2 years with German roaches. I had other pest control companies come out, but nothing worked. I called Coastal and Lonnie, the owner, came out the next day and after he was finished, I never saw another German roach again. One treatment!! Yes, yes, yes, I highly recommend them.”

“Update 9/23/26-
After working closely with Austin at GrassMonkey and the regular monthly technician we have the problem area in our front yard looking good. The team has been following up regularly over the past few weeks and I appreciate the extra communication (much better customer service!) I am happy to continue service with Grass Monkey.

Since the post below, I have been contacted by upper management to work on issues- with our lawn but more importantly communication. I will continue to update as we move forward with lawn repair and monthly service.

Just got off the phone with the lovely Manager, Matthew. If I could give this company a NEGATIVE 5 star, I would. I switched to them over a year ago in hopes of a better Looking yard and experience. What they did was let our entire front yard, which we recently had new at. Augustine placed in last 10 months die from cinch bug and random other grass and weeds.
The BLAME is unreal!!!! These are quotes from the Matthew the manager… First, it is my job to take care of my lawn- (get into the dirt and look for bugs… isn’t this why a homeowner pays a pest control company????!!!), irrigation blame when he has never even witnessed my sprinkler system on(plants and flowers flourishing), we were watering (even with hose and sprinkler attached sometimes since on reclaimed, Next … this is the best, technician blame (HIS employee) for poor communication. Emails never received so therefore he blamed his third-party communication company and Google!!! Gotta love it Google you’re being blamed for our grass dying, can you believe it!!!!
Is this man seriously a manager of a company…, blame game and not ultimately apologizing for the damage done and taking some accountability. Advising where to go from here moving forward- nothing, no care.
Steer VERY clear!!!! No customer service - So sad.”
