Only good things to say. You can't ask for a more professional inspector. Communication was perfect. Reports were turned in fast. I will suggest full scope inspections to everyone and will continue using them myself.
I contacted for wind mitigation and Dustin explained the four point inspection that some insurance companies were requesting to purchase house insurance. He was right about that and appreciated the heads up about that. He was very professional and inspected everything in great detail. I would definitely use him again and I highly recommend him if you are buying a new home and need it inspected. I definitely will!
Contacted Dustin Hunt to schedule a wind mitigation report for upcoming home insurance and to get information about a four point inspection that some insurance companies were requesting. He was able to fit me in and arrived on time and was very professional. I opted for both reports since I was going to shop around for new home insurance. He was very professional and did a complete inspection and emailed me the report within 24 hours. I highly recommend him for your wind mitigation and 4 point inspection. Will be using him to inspect the next home I buy. Highly recommended.
