Woke up one morning and the first thing I did was accidentally broke the sprayer off my faucet in the kitchen. So I looked on Google maps and found Bob Tsacrios plumbing and gave them a call. I am pleased with the quick response I've gotten whenever I have to call the schedulers, and the plumbers have been prompt and available the same day. I had been updating my kitchen since I bought the house recently. Since I had installed all polished brass knobs and handles in the kitchen, I decided to get a faucet that would match them. We called on a Sunday and Tyler was there within a few hours. He came back on Monday, spoke with the county once we determined the issue was not on our property, and stayed once they showed up! I have used this company 3 times. I live out of state and Tara has been most kind and helpful working with me to get everything done to pass inspection to sell my home. Jacob went above and beyond to make sure all my repairs were done and even worked overtime to ensure a fast and thorough completion. I wish they had more stars to give. I am very impressed and I wanted to share my experience to encourage others there are fair priced good plumbers out there.
