Patients report great experiences, with thorough and caring dermatologists who have their best interest at heart. For cosmetic services, staff are described as great, providing clear instructions and achieving results that exceed expectations. However, some advise caution with Friday appointments due to potential cancellations or delays.
The service is incredibly good. Patient, thorough and friendly. However on this trip the wait was almost 1.5 hours past appointment. Maybe a staffing shortage as I have never experienced the wait over many years.
Frustrating! Upon scheduling my first appt.for an All Body scan I was told Karen is particular about showing up on time. She was 60 minutes late taking me back. I'm back today as that scan didn't happen because she didn't have enough time. Now im sitting here waiting, undressed in a paper gown and have been waiting again. So far she's 25 minutes late...
I was seen by Addie for a facial. The receptionist was very friendly and I was actually taken a few minutes early. Addie suggested a TCA Peel. She walked me step by step and provided written instructions and post procedure products that was more than sufficient. Addie and staff were great and my results exceeded my expectation. I would definitely return. The cost for the procedure was $200, excluding my tip.
