Mine was a smaller job and I am quite happy with it. Kaitlyn came out, did measurements, photos and gave me a rough estimate. After reviewing the photos, owner Brian called me to discuss which metal paneling would be appropriate giving consideration to the weight of steel vs aluminum on my older structure. The workers arrived on time, worked every minute they were here removing old roof and rusty screws, laying the new roof and cleaning up everything before they left. My roof on an investment property is not conventional - it has 8' on center aluminum rafters with corrugated metal underneath and an original pan style roof on top (laid down in a shiplap style, very odd and from the 80s).
