My experience with Alex was extremely disappointing and, frankly, unacceptable for a healthcare professional. From the beginning, her tone was unnecessarily rude and dismissive. I want to say another damn paradise these staff here at MZ now are amazing even through all the chaos that is in the waiting room even through all the rude and ignorant people that are coming in and out not realizing that you have to have patience coming into a location such as this the staff still always find ways to make you feel comfortable and according it and acknowledge your presence I love coming here I will be honest with you I might have to wait a little bit sometimes but it's worth it because I have understanding. Denis and Eugene were Amazing! Very professional and saw to it that I was in and out, feeling better than when I came. Highly reccomend if you don’t want to deal with the ER
