I've been coming here now for about 2 months and they are amazing the entire staff. They are flexible with your schedule and they do day before reminders! Xotchil is great, she does amazing massages, very attentive to her clients making sure that they're comfortable, and she's so funny. Its great coming here! 😁

I recently had a billing error that resulted in a $500 charge through Quest Diagnostics that I shouldn’t have owed. Trying to resolve it by phone was nearly impossible, the phone system makes it very difficult to reach anyone in the actual office, which was frustrating.

What saved the experience was Kevin at the front desk. When I came in, he listened, understood the problem right away, and took care of it immediately. He was caring, empathetic, and genuinely made an effort to correct the issue. He even offered to make himself directly reachable so I wouldn’t have to go through the phone system again.
