They offer a range of services that simplify the patient experience, including same day appointments, transportation between appointments, 24/7 concierge access, mail order pharmacy, and virtual (telehealth) visits. Patients praise the professionalism and friendliness of the staff, and 9 out of 10 would recommend Claremedica to a friend or family member. The new medical center is described as marvelous, with all the services patients need, and the administrator is always available to assist.
I had a really great experience at this clinic. From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming, professional, and genuinely attentive. You can tell right away that the team takes pride in what they do. The front desk handled everything efficiently, and the wait time was very reasonable.
What stood out the most was the work ethic of the entire staff. Everyone was organized, focused, and respectful.
I've been to almost all of Claremedica clinics and they have been horrible. I have been coming to the Claremedica in Naranja for over 3 years. They have great customer service and Dr Guerra and Dr Roman are like my family. They are great doctors and they genuinely care for me. They go above and beyond to make sure I stay on a healthy path. They have Mexican bingo,bingo,billiards and breakfast and lunch. They even have a hair stylist that will style your hair for free. The dentist there are very kind and professional as well. I would recommend the Claremedica in Naranja only.
My mother has been a members at Car Max for over 15 years the service and Doctors have been wonderful her current treat me plan is working with the help of her Doctor Marie Jaime she is currently stable with Blood Sugar and Blood Pressure the family really enjoyed our mother Health treatment plan and wellness plan of care at the facility it’s been a Blessing for us because the care and treatment and professional care delivery by the Whole Staff Thank you Care Max of Naranja.
