Spend over 2 hours in the waiting room on my first appt. Came to find out the Dr left the office to go do a procedure and left the waiting room full of people. The staff never told anyone he left and just made everyone wait. Dr Rodriguez was nice and explained things well but his staff is definitely a disaster. I paid my copay at the time of my fist appointment but ended up being billed additional $13 with no real explanation of other then the insurance says you owe more when my specialist copay is only $75 and never additional but they claim this was an exception. I will probably find another Dr for future colonoscopy's.

Cardiology visit for 2 month old baby daughter. Very overcrowded, waiting room does not have sufficient room for patients and strollers - many babies having 2 month cardiology screens. Multiple patients in patient room. Never seen this before. Awful experience.
