Me knee and leg actually feel great. The back of my leg has been tight for the past week and I don’t feel it at all right now. I’m post 2 knee surgeries in the same leg for a fully torn ACL. My recovery has been long, hard and painful. After today I have to say that I’m fully in love with Zivel. I also have a slipped L5 and did hip compression and cryotherapy today and wow!!!!!! Can’t wait to go back. Not to mention how sweet and patient that staff are!!!
