I had an issue with my manicure and they solve it with a great costumer service and taking responsibility which I really appreciate. The technique I always get is the builder gel bc it doesn’t damage my nails and I love the way they do it , specially Isa and Valeria, they’re amazing nail technicians!
I made an appointment for a haircut online. Once I got there I was told Katherine would be taking care of me. She automatically took me to wash my hair. Once that was done I showed her a picture of what I wanted. Not only did she achieve the haircut I desired but made it look even better than the photo. I will definitely come back k to get my haircut!
