I booked the tow truck the night before. John, who took my call was kind enough to schedule a timely pickup and the price was very fair. I had called other towing companies whose prices were insane. That said, Charlie, the tow truck driver came earlier than the time he was supposed to be here. A very nice gentleman, who was pleasant and very kind. He got the car hooked up and we rode off as I had to get the car back after it got fixed. The trip to the shop was pleasant as both of us had a very nice conversation on the way. Had to have my F150 towed to a Ford dealership and this was such an easy and great experience. Very fair pricing. As someone who's been in the industry for 15 years I've gotta say they are doing a great job. Unfortunately I don't remember the drivers name but he was great and had such a great attitude which is something that's very important when dealing with customers who aren't having the greatest day with a breakdown. Keep it up guys!

Called around to get the best price for a short local tow and not only was Tow Truck Cheap the least expensive, the person answering the phone as well as the tow truck driver were very pleasant to deal with. The best part was how fast the truck got to my location and with a smile. I'll definitely recommend them to whomever asks me if I know a tow company.
