Extremely disappointed and wish I could have my money back. The massage was one of the worst I've ever had and consisted of being poked in the shoulder area repeatedly. I let him know I was having neck tension and some knots but the masseuse literally did not touch or massage my neck at all. I mentioned that the air conditioning was blowing right on me and I was uncomfortable but he made some dismissive comment and did nothing. He couldn't even be bothered to cover me properly with the sheet or get a blanket when I said I was cold. I was basically laying there, freezing cold, waiting for it to end.
