The Diplomat Spa + Salon

My husband booked a signature massage as a Mother’s Day gift for me and I had the pleasure of my getting Susel as my masseuse. I hope I’m spelling her name right, she’s got blonde curly hair and a sweet energy radiating off her. Needless to say, She was INCREDIBLE! I felt like jelly after she was done with me. The pressure points and tensions melted away as soon as her hands got to work. I’ve had the experience of getting massages prior at different locations like Margaritaville, Lapis etc. she knocked them all out of the park. I will be personally requesting her next time. I booked a Deep Tissue massage and red light therapy package at the Diplomat Spa and had very good service by the staff. The Spa is very serene and relaxing with its relaxation room, steam room, and hot sauna. I also enjoyed the showers which were well equipped and with great water pressure. My Deep Tissue massage was very good although because of my back pain, I asked the therapist not to go too deep to avoid pain and discomfort. The red light therapy was also relaxing and a nice add on. I am not sure of how effective therapy this is but was given headphones with relaxing music to add to the experience. Fantastic! Took my young adult with me for a special treat today. Norma Lopez and Mariana were our my massage therapists; they were skilled, attentive, and wonderful. The overall ambiance was delightful and soothing, and the staff who welcomed us were kind and supportive. Thank you, Norma L, Mariana, and Diplomat Spa team, for a wonderful experience today.
