Yesterday’s treatment was incredible. I came in feeling completely exhausted and left feeling both deeply rested and energized at the same time. The best part was that the effects lasted well beyond the session. I had so much energy for the rest of the day!
I’ve also been working with Michelle for close to two years now, and she has been such an important part of my healing journey. I deal with endometriosis and fibroids, and since beginning treatment with her, my painful cycles have improved significantly. Her care, knowledge, and consistency have made a profound difference in my overall well-being.

I very much enjoyed my Vitality Booth session with Michelle Belanger yesterday. It was my first time, and I can’t wait to go back to enjoy the full benefits of these services! The red light and salt therapy was a wonderful experience, and her office was beautiful… very inviting and soothing atmosphere. I highly recommend Michelle and all the services she has to offer for a sense of well being!!
