Punctual, effective, professional, friendly, very easy report format. Very great people skills. I highly recommend Scott. I will surely continue to work with Scott as he brings so much value to the job and most of all: what a friendly and kind person!
Pasqua Building inspector (Scott) was the most knowledgeable and thorough of any inspection I’ve ever had in the 40 years of buying and selling homes. I highly recommend this company for all inspection needs!
Scott did an inspection for us last year and and was very thorough. When we moved in we busted a pipe and didn’t know where the water shut off was. We called Scott and he saved the day for us!! We recently used him again, he’s very detailed and looks out for your best interest. Even our realtor said she wants to use his services.Would definitely recommend Scott Pasqua inspection Services! Thank you Scott!
