I find that for the most part, the people that have a good experience don’t write a review. The only people that write reviews are when they are complainers or have a strange bad experience.I have enjoyed this cleaners for the last year and recommend them.

They outsource their alterations. we dropped off a dress to do a simple job. After 2 weeks I contacted them. They told me that the lady who had my dress did not even know what needed to be done. She needed more info from me. They had not called me the entire time to ask me. I had to ask them

I have been going there for quite some time and have always had a pleasant experience. They do a good job at a reasonable price. I know they changed owners a bit ago, so maybe that's where the previous mediocre reviews came from? I use and recommend them.
